Kate Rees, regional managing director at Lovell, said: “We’re thrilled to have acquired this fantastic site which is minutes from stunning Somerset countryside and just a short distance from the imposing sweep of Weston Bay, with views stretching across the Bristol Channel to Wales.
“Our new properties will make the most of their amazing setting, featuring light-filled contemporary interiors, perfect for modern lifestyles.
“We’re confident they will appeal to a range of purchasers, including first-time buyers, downsizers and families looking to upsize at Keepers Gate.
“As well as an impressive stretch of the north Somerset coastline on their doorstep, buyers will gain all the advantages of an established residential location on the fringes of this well-connected and characterful seaside town.”
